A fourth-generation native Californian, born, raised, and educated in California’s Central Valley, I attended local schools, including Fresno State College. A successful career in the retail fashion industry began in 1964, and continued as I relocated to Danville, CA in 1976. That retail experience provided my underpinnings of style, value, and importance of proper fit. That led in 1992 to my California realtor’s license.
Following a start with Prudential California Realty, I earned my California Brokers license in 1994. Next I affiliated with The Blackhawk Real Estate Co., and J. Rockcliff Realtors, specializing in residential properties in Alamo, Blackhawk, Danville, San Ramon, Pleasanton, Livermore, Walnut Creek, and nearby points.
In 2015 I downsized my personal residence, relocating to Walnut Creek’s Rossmoor community, and affiliating with Rossmoor Realty. Based upon personal experience, the SRES-Senior Real Estate Specialist education program, and my senior resources, I can help baby-boomers and affiliated generations transition to a residential community designed for an active senior lifestyle. I pride myself on good listening skills, concise communication, and keen negotiation talents, to make my clients’ real estate transaction as stress free as possible. Building long-term client relationships and providing outstanding service are top priorities with me.
Let me share my brochure, Six Steps in Buying and Selling a Home as my first contribution toward fulfilling your future real estate needs.
What My Client’s Say…
“We have known Gloria for many years and have worked with her several times in addressing our real estate needs. We consider her a good friend and a close confidant for any type of real estate.
She is the absolute professional and it has been a pleasure working with her. She has always been readily available to answer questions or concern and have her client’s best interest in mind when it comes to any type of transaction.”
Avak and Aida.
“I met Gloria in 2013 when I was selling my home of 35 years in Blackhawk. I gave her a tall order to help me find a single story house with no pool and no spa. I also wanted to stay in the Danville area. After many years living in one place, I realized to be buying another home in today’s market was going to be not only a new experience but a difficult one. With Gloria’s help, I found the perfect new home. She knew the market and helped me every step of the way.
I would recommend working with Gloria when selling or buy a new home.”
Jean.
“When Bob and I decided it to look in the Rossmoor, an active senior community, for our next home, we chose Gloria as our agent. She showed us various floor plans and locations within the community to get an idea of what would be best for us. We narrowed the selection and purchased a Sonoma Wrap model. Her knowledge and experience made the process very easy. We look forward to living in our new home and having Gloria as a neighbor too.”
Marcia and Bob.
“We have known Gloria both professionally and personally for over 30 years.
Gloria is a hard working realtor who possess all the qualities needed to be a successful individual. She is dependable, professional, loyal and knowledgeable. She has integrity and will work for you to resolve all your real estate needs.
She has assisted us and several members of our family with both purchasing and selling of our homes. She has done a superb job.
It is without hesitation and a pleasure to recommend her as an excellent realtor and person.”
Maria and Bruce.
