Chuck is currently the Sales Manager for Rossmoor Realty. Chuck’s thirty five plus years of real estate experience puts an exceptional level of negotiating and marketing power focused on accomplishing client’s real estate goals. Chuck has been an agent, broker and an owner of thirteen real estate offices/companies plus two escrow operations and three mortgage companies. Chuck has participated in or supervised literally thousands of real estate transactions. He served as President of the California Association of Realtors, the Vice President of the National Association of Realtors and the President of his local Association of Realtors plus having served as the Regional Director for Century 21 and the General Manager for Prudential California Real Estate and also as the Chief Executive Officer of the Contra Costa Association of Realtors. Chuck serves as a life time Director of the California Association of Realtors and keeps his finger on the pulse of the industry for clients advantage.
