Carolyn is so pleasant, you can underestimate her ability to negotiate. She went to bat for us. When we purchased our new home in Rossmoor and then sold our existing home in Rossmoor. She negotiated with the sellers & buyer’s agent and did better than expected. Her counsel was well received and her advice was spot on. She also took care of unexpected cleanup, retrieval of our personal possessions we had overlooked and even scraped off a sample of popcorn ceiling so we could submit it to the lab for asbestos analysis! Whatever was necessary to get the job done, she just rolled up her sleeves and did it! We really enjoyed working with her!
