Debra Barth Brings Nearly Three Decades Of Real Estate Experience To Rossmoor Realty

Raised on a ranch in Southern Idaho, Debra grew up with an understanding of hard work, dedication, and follow through on all she does. Debra has moved from coast to coast, returning to California 1980. During that time Debra gained valuable experience in a variety of responsibilities including as a mortgage loan officer, with escrow companies, securities and investment companies, and staging model homes for construction companies.

In 1985 Debra became a full time Realtor. Since then Debra has won top awards for both listing and selling agent of the month, was invited to speak at the National Association of Realtors in Los Angeles, and has mentored many agents along the way. While Debra’s career has been based in Orinda, Lafayette, Moraga (Lamorinda), Rossmoor, it has spanned Contra Costa and Alameda Counties. In addition to her real estate clients, she has also remodeled homes, built homes in Tahoe Donner, and assisted many clients with their projects.
