Rossmoor Realty celebrates over 50 years of dedicated service within the unique community of Rossmoor, Walnut Creek California.

Founded in 1967 by John H. Russell Sr., the former sales manager for Rossmoor’s developer, Ross Cortese. John Sr. built and managed Rossmoor Realty until his retirement in 1982 when he turned it over to his son, John H. Russell Jr. who expanded the business and ran it until his passing in 2018.

Chuck Lamb, the Past CEO of the Contra Costa Association of Realtors and Past President of the California Association of Realtors as well as the 2017 “Realtor of the Year” recipient for the Contra Costa Association of Realtors is the current General Manager of Rossmoor Realty and Barbara Russell, John Jr.’s wife is the operating Owner.

Rossmoor Realty has sold at least 3 times as many homes in Rossmoor than any other company. We believe this is because Rossmoor Realty means more and delivers more. More dedicated agents with more advertising produces more clients which means more buyers for homes in Rossmoor which translates to higher offers and to more sales for our sellers. We are prominently located on the path every buyer must travel to come to Rossmoor and offer personal tours daily attracting more buyers.
