Kat Knudsen earned her Bachelor’s degree with honors in Rhetoric from UC Berkeley before launching
her career in real estate. She began as a property investor, gaining firsthand experience in the market,
before becoming a licensed Realtor®—equipped with top-tier training and a deep understanding of the
